Return Exchange Policy
We want you to love your GGL! In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a pre-damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the item or exchange it for a new legging. We must be notified of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item in the mail.
Please note: there are no REFUNDS NO exceptions. Any returned or defective items will be replaced or exchanged, if we are notified of the issue within *3 days* of receiving item. Any items sent back without documentation, tags or with damage will not qualify for a exchange.
• We will only accept exchanges for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
• Need to do an exchange? No problem. Send them back within 10 days for a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee
How to return the Product for an exchange
Please email us with a full description of the issue, your order information and photos of any defects or issues you may have.
You are responsible to pay the shipping to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We suggest you obtain a tracking number from whatever company you choose to ship with for your protection, and email it to us.

It can take up to 15 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours
